Primal Kitchen is the latest product from Paleo pioneer Mark Sisson and his company.  Mark is behind some of the most integral books, such as the Primal Blueprint, and information guides in the Paleo niche.  His website, MarksDailyApple.com, is usually the catalyst in many people’s decisions to take on the Paleo diet and lifestyle.

 

Through the Primal Kitchen his company is creating real food products that are Paleo, delicious and save people the hassle of creating them from scratch.

Currently their main product is the Primal Kitchen Mayo.  It is made from Avocado Oil, Organic Cage-Free Eggs, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Vinegar (From Non-GMO Beets), Sea Salt, and Rosemary Extract.

 

It contains no: Sugar, Gluten, Dairy, Soy, or Canola Oil.  While the product is not 100% organic Mark details the decision making process for the ingredients on the website.  He explains that it’s not necessary or cost effective to use organic avocados as their thick skin safeguards them from pesticides and the organic counterpart costs significantly more.

 

The Mayo retails for 9.95 for a 12oz jar.
