About Primal Palate Meal Plan
Primal Palate is a company that offers a 30-day program to start on the Paleo Diet. It was created by Hayley and Bill, a young couple who started Paleo together and blogging their journey. The main objective of their site is to teach others to transfer over to the Paleo Diet as well.

What is Primal Palate?

Primal Palate is a company that offers information on the Paleo Diet as well as recipes, and a 30-day meal plan to get customers on the right track with the Paleo Diet. The Paleo Diet is simple eating. It is a hunter and gatherer type of diet, dieters only eat what cavemen would have had available.

Meaning it eliminates starches, grains, and legumes from the consumer's diet. However, the Primal type eating allows some leeway with certain types of dairy and has fewer restrictions on saturated fat intake. The Primal Palate meal plan is all natural ingredients and organic spices.

Product & Price:

Though they sell a variety of organic spices, merchandise, and their books, their main products are the 30-day guide to paleo.

The 30-day guide to Paleo - is a step by step meal plan and guide book for customers that want to “ give the Paleo Diet an honest try for 30 days (and beyond!)” according to their website.

Their program includes two different 30-day meal plans that include full shopping lists, over 180 recipes, the guide that includes 30 tips for eating Paleo, emails for two months of guidance, encouragement, and tips, access to tons of forums on their website, and additional online support.

All of this costs $29.00 and can be downloaded to any device.

Pirmal Palate also offers their own line of Organic Spices which can be purchased in conjunction with the meal plan.

Side Effects:

Some people experience lethargy, fatigue, irritability and shakiness when first eliminating starches, grains, and legumes from their diet.

Customer Service:

Primal Palate does not have a set return policy. They state on their website that “ We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying you, our customer. If your purchase isn’t right, we’ll work to fix it.”

The 30 Day Meal Plan is sold through Clickbank, which offers a 60 day money back guarantee on any digital product sold on its platform.

With any other customer service issues, they offer answers to common questions, if they are not answered they can be emailed at primalpalateorders@gmail.com. For any mailing purposes, their address is Primal Palate LLC PO Box 111522 Pittsburgh, PA 15238. They also have Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Online Reviews/Complaints:

Most of the reviews seem to be positive. Everyone appears to enjoy the recipes saying they are creative and fun. There are also multiple testimonials from people on their website showing their results and how much weight they have lost from the program as well as that they feel healthier.
