How Does It Work?
The Roll Recovery R8 is designed to address post training inflammation, swelling, and stiffness. Professional athletes or wealthy individuals can have a professional therapist address these issues but everyone else needs some kind of manual tool.
The R8 allows you to easily apply force to sore muscles in order to stimulate blood flow to soft tissues, increase lactate removal, breakup muscle adhesions, and improve overall recovery time.
The device uses a variable torsion spring to apply more force to larger muscle groups and less to smaller muscle groups simulating a deep tissue massage. While designed primarily to focus on lower body muscles, it works just as well on wrist flexors, forearms flexors, biceps and triceps.
There are no set rules for using the product, you can use it pre and post excersize for optimal results.
