3.  After you do your weekly grocery run you then simply follow their food preparation guide which includes detailed instructions, tips and shortcuts, and is ideal for cooks of all skill level.

Little selection, less than helpful and poor customer service

The site is nothing more than a glorified meal planning app that costs a considerable amount more money. The selection is very limited and calorie counts range from accurate to questionable to non existent. They have some VERY shady practices regarding how they charge customers and only seem concerned with making a profit. The site is confusing (even with the "tutorial"). I am having 2 side dishes and a meat dish for the day? is this only dinner? If it's only dinner why is Wednesday 3 meat dishes and a side?? This is one of the most poorly designed and supported programs I have ever seen. Do NOT waste your time or money.
