i had an order and the almond butter jar came smashed on the bottom with glass inside so being that they will not allow you to contact them by phone and its email and instagram only i sent an email just being polite and asking that someone call or email me as i left my number, just so i can get another almond butter. I also sent a picture right away. then two hours later i open a package of coconut jerky and its was filled with mold. now i wrote back saying please get in touch with me and sent a picture of that. I emailed them 5 days in a row after and never got a response so then went to instagram and sent them same details there and never got a response. They suck.I mean really suck. Not even the courtesy to reply. So today i uploaded the pictures on instagram so everyone can see
I never received my order and no one responds to my email inquiries. I simply receive an automated response that says
Thanks for your request. Our barefoot customer care specialists are on it! We'll get back to you soon.

Of course I have never heard from them and I have checked spam.
Poor poor poor customer service
Same here and I requested it to be canceled - but then instead of a reply, two days later I received an e-mail that my order had shipped and is on its way, but still no response to my original inquiry. I ordered on 1/8/2020 and today is 1/20/2020.
Horrible!!! I hope you called your cc company.
Pork rinds smelled old and weren't peasant. Beef sticks were spicy , not pleasantly and had mushy greasy texture. Dried and spiced beef had unpleasant taste. I gave these as Xmas gifts and nobody liked them including me. A lot of money for nothing. Got other stuff too but can't rate yet. I doubt that I would ever shop here again. I have not got any positive feedback to give.
I agree. They suck! I received an opened jar of salsa in my order in May. Emailed several times. Even posted on their Facebook page. Nothing! Just now, over 2 months later, I did a cc dispute. Not for the $6.29. It's the principle. Their reviews regarding costumer service are awful. They shouldn't get away with it.
