The Be Well Cleanse has the majority of online reviews and in general they are very good. People enjoy the health benefits of the cleanse and appreciate that the cleanse is designed to eliminate harmful foods rather than just force you to starve yourself as happens with many juice cleanses.
People also felt that the cleanse was a great way to transition into a more permanent lifestyle change post cleanse. It teaches you healthy habits since you are still having daily meals. There were few complaints that mentioned the high cost of the cleanse.
Competitors and Alternatives:
When it comes to cleanses you can always create your own by following many free online guides - obviously this route is more time consuming and takes some research and planning to get your shakes/juices and meals in line.
