I just finished a 30 day supply of Setromere and to be quite frank I believe it made a difference in my general health. I suffer from Addisons and Graves Diseases Along with acute osteoporosis. I have several compression fractures in my spine giving me chronic pain. I am chasing good health daily. At first I thought finally I found some energy and my pain had subsided. Then a light bulb went off. The only thing different to my daily medications and supplements was the Setromere. So I have to contribute this wonderful sensation of energy and less pain to this supplement. But a huge disappointment followed when I went to reorder. The $199 per bottle costs. And they say that’s with their generous discount of $200 per bottle. I truly want to continue taking this product but as a 64 year old woman that doesn’t work I couldn’t possibly afford that cost every month. I makes me sad. To know that after all these years with chronic fatigue and horrible back pain there is hope to be found. Just not to be affordable. I wishing that maybe once the product has been marketed for awhile the costs will come down. Wishful thinking? Time wil tell.
I tried the GBC2 product and it did lower my daily blood sugar. But the biggest problem is they really need to replace the person who is allowed to place unwanted orders. I set my order for 1x a month. Was getting it every 2 to 3 weeks. I complained and they changed it to 1x a month for the first month, then went back to 3 weeks. I cancelled my auto fill. Used up my stock, made a single order last month. Today my credit card is charged again with an new unauthorized order. This will be my last order.
This company's agents are great at reading scripts, but not at listening to customers. I placed an order yesterday for Sleep Dissolves, called back to inquire about shipping time, agent couldn't find the order in their system. I called back today, an agent (named Taylor) couldn't find my order at first. Then when she found it, I told her I wanted to make sure order would go out today so I could receive it before I leave on my trip to Brazil. She said she couldn't guarantee shipment and that it could take anywhere from 3 to 10 (?) business days. I told her to forward a suggestion to Management for the company to improve their tracking system, to which I heard the typical "I apologize". I told her an apology is not enough and that I expected her to be proactive, write down my suggestion, and pass it on to management, to which I heard a less-than-genuine apology. You see, agents in this company are not listening. I then asked to speak with her boss and got transferred to a supervisor. The sup (named Samantha) listened to my gripe, indicated she would forward my concern/suggestions to management, but when she quoted me $30 to ship three small bottles of Sleep Dissolves via Second Day Air, I couldn't believe it. This probably doesn't cost any more than $15. At this point, I asked to speak with a manager so on the line comes Amanda, who basically tells me the same thing, that they have a flat rate of $30. I asked for a discount, but she refused to give me any. This is outrageous. Apparently, this company is profiting on shipping costs when many companies are offering FREE shipping and a better tracking system in place. Best Health Nutritionals gave me free shipping, but they don't know if my order got shipping or if I'll get it in due time. If I don't get it before I leave, this will be my last order from them.
I ordered a costly bottle and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Then they email me and tell me "Did I miss a step?" I didn't order my bottle .
Must be disorganization extraordinaire. No customer service number either apparently. I will be contacting the Fredrick Maryland BBB if this isn't remedied. Predatory practices against seniors.
I am being recurringly charged for supplements that I am not even receiving. These people need to be charged with FRAUD!!!!!!
I will never order from this company ever cis it seems like a nightmare dealing with them

After exhibiting extreme patience, I called and the order tracking indicated delivery; but I didn't get the product , so I cancelled and requested a refund.
I have tried best health for several months and have not lost any weigh don't feel better I wouldn't try if it was free

5 different phone numbers and very hard to get information on. Several different company nanes using same phone number. Hard to deal with. Charged me for things I didn't order and still waiting for credit. Will not deal with them again and will check before ordering from any company again
