About Chuice
Chuice is the product of Ladell Hill a molecular health specialist, bodybuilder, and personal trainer.  His goal was to create a well rounded product that combines the healing power of plants with the protein of nuts and seeds, and recovery power of natural herbs.

The name Chuice comes from the fact that this is the first chewable health juice.  It was a conscious choice to make the consistency thick enough to chew because it’s crucial to healthy digestion.  Chewing activates digestive enzymes and is the first step in digestion, it also sends mental signals letting your body know that it is eating and is on the way to satiation.

Product and Ingredients:

Currently there are two flavors of Chuice, The Forest (Green) and the River of Life(red).  The base ingredients are similar for both flavors except that the River of life contains beets and a slightly different herbal profile that targets the bloodstream.

The ingredients used include: Mint, Spinach, Oranges, Cilantro, Rosemary, Aloe Vera, Limes, Hemp Seeds, Carrots, Pumpkin Seeds, Pears, Celery, Sesame Seeds, Sweet Potatoes, Cayenne Pepper, Almonds, Walnuts, Chia Seeds, Kale, Basil, Apples, Kiwi, Brussel Sprouts Cinnamon, Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pecans, Ginger Root, Greens Blend, Water, Pineapples, and Honey.

Both flavors are Gluten and Dairy free, they are completely plant and seed based but do use honey as a sweetener.

Chuice has around 140 calories per 8oz and can be used in a variety of methods.  If your goal is weight loss you can drink it as a meal substitute.  Otherwise it can be enjoyed as a healthy snack or pre/post workout recovery drink as it does contain protein and healthy carbs.

Customer Service:

The company is based in Atlanta, Georgia but have begun to ship nationwide.  If you have any questions you can contact them through their website, by phone at 844-273-0502, or email at worth@chuice.com.

Online Reviews/Complaints:

The reviews for Chuice are very favorable, many health and fitness bloggers have described their great experiences with the product.  People report that they like the taste and actually feel full from drinking it unlike other juices that leave them hungry.

Competitors and Alternatives:

When it comes to juicing and health drinks you always have the option of making your own.  There are many delicious Paleo recipes available online.  However as with most things you pay for convenience and in this case it’s highly unlikely that you’re going to recreate the 45 ingredient Chuice at home.  Another maker and online retailer of quality prepackaged health juices is Urban Remedy.

Where to Buy?

You can order Chuice online or check their site for a list or retail locations.  If you have tried this beverage please leave your reviews below.

Great Healthy Choice

While visiting friends away from home, I forgot to pack my health juice blends, so my friends asked me to try a bottle of Chuice to replace my regular juice. They said they drank it daily and would not do without it. So...reluctantly, I tried it and loved it; I was floored. It is now my new "Chuice of choice" and I druchew (drink/chew) it when I need a meal alternative. This juice may take some getting used to by people lacking a healthy lifestyle. However, as my very fit friends replied, I'd rather work at an adjustment to Chuice in my life, than attempt to adjust to heart disease and high blood pressure in my life. Thanks

Don't understand how this is healthy

This product contains so much sugar yet the taste is horrible. Do not buy. Better to blend your own at home juice or smoothies so you can control sugar intake.

Tasty and good for you

I love chuice and get it at whole foods. The first time I tried it was at a run scavenger hunt in Atlanta and I was skeptical from the looks of it but I'd heard good things from my wife so I had some. I've bought it many times since and prefer the red one. The shelf life used to be shorter so maybe the "high" sugar is from more honey to preserve the drink longer, not sure. It tastes great to me and feels healthy, plus the company seems like they're doing great things in the area. I recommend.

Taste? .Shelf life?

My wife spent over $40.00 on this product from Amazon Deals. It arrived at our home in a cold box with no dry ice left. While still cold, I placed them all in our refrigerator. Within 9 days, they started going bad tasting like a fizzy/carbonated drink. While the sugar content is quite high and not appropriate for Diabetics, the variety of liquid, nuts, seeds and cud is like a cornucopia of farm food for cows, pigs and other wanna-be healthy animals, I think the concept is good but the sugar content needs to be lowered, the shelf life needs to be improved and you may want to go to glass bottles instead of plastic as they will keep longer and taste better. Good luck!

To much sugar to be drinking 2x a day

While I like what is in the drink, the 25.5g sugar content per 12oz bottle, is a little unsettling. I do not see how that is a healthy factor. This was my first time buying, and my last. Main reason is i have hard time getting pass the amount of sugar in the product, even if honey is the base sweetener.

additionally when you read the bottle ingredients they read the same and in the exact same order for the green and red drink. There is a lack of transparency in the difference.

CHUICE- WOULDN'T TOUCH IT WITH A 10 foot pole

This stuff taste like vomit. Disgusting. No way the owner lives off this crap and claims to be that musclar. I am sure he gets "help". Way too much honey and fruit sugar in one drink. Insulin spikes anyone?

The high fiber content would prevent the spike. Just FYI
