Where to Buy?
Daughter bought 2 months of this stuff for me and it not only doesnt work I cant return the 2nd months supply which shipped before I could cancel.
Happy it worked for some but for me it was a complete zero.
Their contact link doesn't work either ....just poor
I've had chronic insomnia for years. I'm always looking for something that will help, other than pharmaceuticals that cause people to eat and drive in their sleep. When I'm desperate I take half a xanax or an antihistamine, but if I take those things twice in a row they don't work the second night. Name the natural supplement (melatonin, kava, 5-HTP, phosphatydilserine, GABA, etc.), I've tried it. I found Doc Parsley's Sleep Cocktail at Robb Wolf's website. Because I respect Robb I gave it a try. My experience has been mixed.
You drink the powder in 8 oz. of water half an hour before bed. First of all, it tastes bad (I tried both flavors) and is sweetened with stevia, but I understand that they're trying to mask the taste of the underlying ingredients which taste even worse. Let's just say that the taste is tolerable. (There is now a capsule you can take instead. I don't know how much water you have to drink with it. I haven't tried it so I can't speak to its efficacy or side effects.) With the powder that you mix with water, it takes me at least an hour to feel sleepy, rather than the half hour they recommend.
Although they claim it won't happen, when I drink this stuff I usually wake up to urinate about four hours into the night and then can't fall asleep again. 8 oz. of warm water before bed is a sure-fire way to be awake in the middle of the night and is the reason that "sleepy" teas like chamomile never worked for me.
Most unfortunately, sometimes the product does not work at all. Once I was awake until 6 a.m. Usually it's somewhere in the middle: more sleep than I would have gotten without it, but still not enough.
Once in a while it really works. I estimate that maybe a quarter of the time I get a full night's sleep and wake up feeling fantastic. I do credit the product with this good night's sleep. Without it, I NEVER sleep through the night, no matter what.
I keep a box on hand and use it once in a while. Everyone's different, so your experience may be better than mine. I suggest purchasing their inexpensive sample and giving it a try. It's NOT fake. It DOES have value, but not as much as I personally hoped.
I have Sleep Dissolves; it is a caplet.
