Program Overview:

Step 1: Learn your body (15 minutes or less per day)
Fundamentals 4-week online course that can be done without any equipment and no workout knowledge is required. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Step 2: Build your Body (30-60 minutes per Foundation workout, 45 minutes per Stretch session)
Learn effective exercises that will train your core, shoulders, legs, connective tissue, and joints as well as developing flexibility needed for the training. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Step 3: User your Body (30 minutes, one to three times a week)
These series of courses target shoulder, core strength, and learning how to tumble. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Step 4: Feed your Body
Learn how much of the right foods you should have at the right times during the training.
