Online Reviews/Complaints:

For the most part the reviews for the KitchFix store and meal delivery service are outstanding with people complementing the foods’ taste and the customer service.  Customers reported that the service has saved them a ton of time from having to cook their own healthy paleo meals and the hub option makes it easy to get the meals as they are in many convenient locations across the city.

Some people complained about the ratio of portion size to price claiming they felt they did not get their money's worth for the amount of food that they received.  People have also had great things to say about the smoothies and drinks available at their storefront location.

Competitors and Alternatives:

The market for healthy premade meals is only growing and you can now turn to many sources for paleo meal delivery options.  Some other companies include: Pete’s Paleo, Pre-Made Paleo, Grandcestors, and HomeChef.com.

Where to Buy?

Made me sick

I purchased and consumed Kitchfix Granola a couple of weeks ago. A week ago I ate the Vanilla Berry flavor and got bloated, gassy, fatigued and had diarrhea. I had not eaten much else, but thought it could not be the granola as it was Gluten Free, and Gluten always makes me sick. Yesterday I had a bowl of the Cocoa flavor granola and was in bed sick all day with the same symptoms and not feeling well this morning either.
I will be contacting the retailer that sold me the product to take it off the shelves, I hope, so no one else gets sick. And I hope this review gets posted to warn other customers.
