About Legit Bread Company
Jennifer Robins is a wife and mother of three who is in constant pursuit of better health for her family. She founded Legit Bread after giving up gluten and grain herself to allow people to make homemade grain-free bread in minutes.

Products and Ingredients:

After being gluten free for four years and having a variety of chronic health problems, Jennifer realized there was still too much processed food in her pantry and decided to start feeding her family whole meals. She also realized how inauthentic paleo and allergen friendly bread options were.

In an effort to become healthier, she created recipes that were predominantly Paleo. When she wanted to make the perfect homemade grain-free bread, she locked herself in her kitchen until the loaf she created was legit.

After sharing the recipe on her blog and her cookbooks, she wanted to fulfill her audience’s desire to have the bread in their hands. Now, Legit Bread Mix and ready-to-eat Legit Bread Sandwich Loaves can be bought, saving people precious time.

Legit Bread Company uses many allergen friendly ingredients in order to assure that even with allergies and food intolerances, it is still possible to make delicious bread. The products are made in gluten-free and kosher facilities, are nut-free (therefore school safe), and certified paleo.

The ingredients in the dry mix include Otto's Naturals® Cassava Flour, potato starch, Psyllium Husk Powder, potato flour, sea salt, and baking soda.

The ingredients in the ready-to-eat sandwich loaf include eggs, Otto's Naturals® Cassava Flour, honey, potato starch, Psyllium Husk Powder, light olive oil, potato flour, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and baking soda.

In order to make the dry bread mix, you will need:

7 large eggs
1/3 cup of honey
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

After following the instructions on the packaging to make one loaf of bread, it is best to eat the bread within five days. Because there are no preservatives, the bread will spoil more quickly than conventional loaves. If you don’t plan on eating the loaf within a few days, it is best to put it in the freezer.

For customers who are using the bread mix, Legit Bread Company recommends the following:
  • Use a high powered blender to combine ingredients
  • Bake the loaf alone in the oven to prevent additional moisture, which can lead to increased baking time
  • Use large eggs to prevent additional baking time
  • Use the recommended ingredients for the ideal loaf, which are eggs, honey, oil, and apple cider vinegar
The Legit Bread Mix and loaf can be used in other recipes including bread pudding and gingerbread.

Cost:
