Online Reviews/Complaints:

For the most part online feedback for David Wolfe’s Longevity Warehouse is very positive with people enjoying the wide range of products especially the coffee.  There are also quite a few complaints dealing with the administrative end of their business mainly people complaining of high shipping prices.
There were also the rare reviews of people claiming their products did not seem as fresh as they should.  Issues seem to have been resolved by the Longevity Warehouse.  At the time of this writing the company has an A+ rating with the BBB.
There also appear to be several blogs setup to debunk or question some of David Wolfe’s health beliefs and some of the claims made in his advertising materials.

Competitors and Alternatives:

There is a plethora of health gurus that stand by their lines of branded supplements, coffee, and other health items.  Some of these include Mark Sisson, Dr. Al Sears, and Dr. Josh Axe.  Likewise there are many online health markets such as Thrive Market, Wild Mountain Paleo Market, and True Foods Market.

Did not honor coupon code sent in email

Did not honor coupon code sent in email on final day of coupon. CS was closed. Had to send an email about it. The reply the next day was that the coupon code was only designed to work up to the day I tried to use it. When I replied that I tried on that last day they replied"...the coupon expired at the start of the 14th ("expires on" as opposed to "good through"). .." that is not how coupon expirations are generally understood to work and is an unacceptable practice.
