About Once a Month Meals
Once a Month Meals provides customers with everything they need to shop, prep, and cook a bulk of monthly meals in just one day. The meals are then frozen to eat anytime. People can choose among different menu types based on their personal preference and dietary restrictions.

How it Works:

These are the steps that people will follow to plan an entire month of meals:

1. Choose your menu

You can choose a pre-designed menu or use the Menu Builder, which provides over 3,000 recipes. You can set dietary preferences such as Paleo, vegetarian, and gluten-free.

2. Print and go

Once you choose your menu, you can click and get a list of everything you need. In the Menu Builder, you can choose your serving amounts too.

3. Shop

The prepared grocery list is organized by section and the amounts to match your serving needs. The list can be displayed on your phone if you prefer.

4. Prep

A prep sheet will have the instructions on how everything should be prepared before the cooking day such as chopping vegetables or pre-cooking meats.

5. Cook

All of the cooking instructions are written to ensure people have an efficient cooking day.

6. Freeze

You can put the thaw sheet on the fridge so you know what you need to thaw ahead of time.

People can also have the option of selecting mini menus if they just want to cook four to six recipes rather than spending a whole day in the kitchen.

Cost and Price Plans:

People can sign up for a free mini menu to test the service.

Customers can cancel at anytime for any reason, but all of sales on the monthly membership are final and people will still have access for the rest of the month. For customers who have a yearly membership and are unhappy with a service, the company will provide a partial refund if they cancel within 30 days of service.

Online Customer Reviews/Complaints?

Once A Month Meals have been growing in popularity because it saves a large amount of shopping time for busy families or individuals. Bloggers have said in addition to saving time, they have saved money, it was easy to create a menu for the month, and extended the shelf life of their produce. Because you can choose your dietary restrictions, it was a great service for Paleo parents as well.

The plan may not be as great for people who have small freezers and they could run out of room quickly. Some customers recommend giving the option to search for menus by ingredient instead of a recipe name because they could not always remember the name of a recipe.

Competitors and Alternatives:

There are not many competitors who offer plans where one day of preparation can create a month of meals. However there are many other services that offer weekly or monthly Paleo meal plans including eMeals, Stupid Easy Paleo, and Deliciously Organic.
