I love this web site! We live in a small community so the items I need I can not buy locally. So it is so easy to use their website and have these items shipped directly to me! I can type in what I need and it comes right up! I like that I receive my items in about a week. Highly recommend this site for so many healthy choices!!

Ordered a case of 6 boxes of herbal tea but the order was canceled via email notification because the item was "out of stock." This company is not 3M with millions of products on the shelves. They are a mom and pop shop with a few SKUs to worry about and they can't even count to 1 or see that big, empty space on the shelf? Or perhaps they were just too lazy to update their website after pulling the last box? Either way it just reeks of a total lack of customer service and incompetence. Their website claims this is their second business - my guess is that their first one failed due to the same lack of business skills demonstrated here.

I ordered a "Case of 10" boxes of Tulsi tea, but they only sent six boxes (and the packaging was terrible - much larger box than needed and difficult to handle cardboard fill). There is no customer service phone number where you can talk to a person - just email. Looking like I am going to have to contest this charge with my credit card company...

Otte Foods has been a great resource for me as I have just started eating grain free.

First, their prices are competitive.

Next, there is no membership fee to shop on their site, like one of the larger sites.

Last, their customer service is the best I've experienced. And...I can order from them in bulk, at lower costs.
