Order delayed not received

I have been patient but the company has given me the run around about two products I ordered from them, I received an email saying they were going to send me a tracking number but never received one, I ordered the 2 products on a Friday, but didn't receive any notice if it was back logged out of stock or even to tell me if they shipped the product, then got an email saying I would get tracking number by Tuesday, did not get one. I am thinking they are yanking my chain, now I am asking for a refund with not do business with lying business. No consideration for the customer.
