The jerky is made from grass fed beef with no added hormones/antibiotics it contains no: Gluten, Soy, Erythorbate, Nitrate, and No added MSG. It is low in sodium and has 22grams of protein per 2 oz package.

 

Paleo Dreamy Chocolate:  One of the most frustrating things about adhering to the Paleo diet is that while dark chocolate is allowed, it’s very difficult to find a commercial provider that doesn't add soy lecithin to their bars.
