Customer service was so bad, thought they were a fraud

I'd never buy from them again. I placed my order, paid for it via credit card and then never heard from them again for a month. I finally started e-mailing them asking what happened to my order. No response over and over again. I finally threatened to report them as a fraudulent vendor and to actually started the disputed process with my credit card company. Still no response. Then amazingly a few days later the product showed up. I wouldn't trust them ever again.
