Once you create an account and download the accompanying app you’ll be ready to go.  Setup is quick and the features in the backend are easy to get familiar with.

 

ZipList.com has been working with an ever growing number of partner sites to create a vast database of recipes from a variety of styles and genres.  When you’re browsing the net or even Pinterest for meal ideas you can now add recipes from both partner sites and random ones you come across.

 

You have the option of saving the recipe to your database for later use or immediately adding both the recipe and the ingredients to your shopping list by clicking “add to list.”

 

Having the partner sites is great because now you don’t have to scour the web for dinner ideas, you can do everything from one source.

 

ZipList.com even has innovative features like grouping grocery list items by aisle to make your trip more efficient and save you time.  Further you can upgrade your shopping list by adding items that are on sale using the local deal feature.

 

Everything is stored in the cloud so you can access your account from your mobile device wherever you are.

For the most part the online reviews for ZipList.com are favorable.  However there are some inconsistencies across mobile platforms and the website, with most people commenting that the website is much better to use than the app.  Currently it has higher reviews from Google Play than iTunes.
