Sir Kensington’s is a new line of healthy, delicious, and natural condiments.  The company uses fresh ingredients and no artificial flavorings or preservatives.  While not every product may be technically paleo, most are and others come close (depending on your tolerance for sunflower oil).

 

They are a New York based company that has quickly grown and is featured in retail stores across the country.  A difficult task to accomplish considering the hold big food corporations have on our options.

Sir Kensington’s currently offers 2 different types of Ketchups, Mayonnaises, and Mustards.

 

Here’s a highlight of their products ingredients.

 

Classic Mayonnaise: Sunflower oil, Egg Yolks, Water, Lemon Juice, Salt, White Vinegar, Sugar, Ground Mustard Seed, Black Pepper, Citric Acid.

 

Classic Ketchup: Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Organic Sugar, Onions, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Green Bell Peppers, Allspice, Citric Acid.

 

Spicy Brown Mustard: Organic White Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Organic Sugar, Maple Syrup, Salt

 

Thier products are verified NON GMO by the NON GMO Project and are Gluten free.

The company does a great job of interacting with their fans via social media and have a great following online.  They have thousands of facebook likes and have very positive online reviews.  They have also bolstered their brand strength by appearing in many food festivals and events.

It’s hard to find 100% Paleo condiments in stores and if you are strictly adhering to the diet then you’re better off making your own.  However there are some companies that do provide paleo condiments such as Tessemae’s and Red Boat Fish Sauce.

Sir Kensington’s items are available at select Whole Foods, Wegmans, Safeway, and Sur la table locations.  If the ones near you do not carry the products you can always order directly from their website.
