About Dr. Glenn S. Rothfeld’s Nutrition and Healing
The website NutritionandHealing.com promotes Dr. Glenn S. Rothfeld’s Nutrition & Healing newsletter and free book, “The Atlas of Natural Cures.”.  They claim that Dr. Rothfeld has a long history working in the top echelons of medicine and has 8 best selling books.

In his research he reveals many natural cures that you can use to start reversing the disastrous effects of degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Dementia.  At The Rothfeld Center for Integrative Medicine in Waltham Massachusetts he and his team conduct research that opposes common medical thought.

What’s Inside The Atlas of Natural Cures?

Inside this free ebook Dr. Rothfeld reveals the ICT protocol which is a formula for feeding your brain the proper nutrients to slow down mental decline.  The nutrient cocktail focuses on incorporating MCTs( Medium Chain Triglycerides) into your diet and the supporting nutrients necessary for optimal absorption of them.

Beyond Alzheimer's the book also includes natural remedies for fighting certain cancers based on specific medicinal mushrooms.  The idea being an alternative to traditional chemical treatments of cancers.

The book also includes a section on treating one of the most common ailments affecting people today, Arthritis.  The doctor claims to have natural treatments that will reduce pain and inflammation.

The Atlas of Natural Cures also addresses Diabetes and high cholesterol.  All in all the have solutions and advice to deal with many of the common sicknesses in a non invasive and natural matters.

Cost:

While the Atlas of Natural Cures is advertised as free it comes at no cost only when you sign up for a one year subscription of the Nutrition and Healing newsletter for $74 or $37 for seniors.

Customer Service:

If you have any questions you can submit an inquiry on their online form http://www.newmarkethealth.com/nahcontact/nah_contact_form.htm or reach them at their phone number 443-353-4204.

Online Reviews/Complaints:

There are not many customer reviews for the Atlas of Natural Cures as it is a free book.  The main thing to note is that while natural cures can have real benefits on your health do not substitute them for any medical treatments that have been prescribed without consulting your  doctor first.

There was a complaints regarding the billing practices for Dr. Rothfeld’s Newsletter, Nutrition & Healing.  An online complainant claimed he had trouble canceling and refunding a subscription renewal fee.

Competitors and Alternatives:

There are many resources available for finding natural and herbal cures for many ailments. Other resources for natural solutions can be found in the Primal Blueprint and from Chris Kresser.

If you have subscribed to the newsletter or read the free book please leave your reviews below.

Scam-False Profit...offering cure but only wanting money

My mother has Alzheimers and as we know that means that I too may fall prey to this terrible disease. Looking for options, cures which this provides which in reality it is a sales pitch.

Using peoples problems and fear to sell. As a Doctor you take a oath to do no harm....did you forget. I have no doubt that some are falling prey to your pitch...why stalk and prey on the ill and care givers?

I am saddened as I see society falling into the pits of hell as we continue to deteriorate as a nation. Just one more piece of evidence we are becoming a self-centered, narcissistic nation-where we once stood tall and helped others and now we are not even helping ourselves.

This is wrong on many levels.

Disgusting con

To prey on people who are desperate for a cure is absolutely disgusting .If Dr Rothfeld is genuine he would not blackmail desperate people with a years subscription. My mother has alzheimers so i was interested until i realised he was trying to profit from ill people. The book is not free.

Dr Rothfield is no match for the doctor he replaced, Dr Jonathan Wright, and his Nutrition & Healing (N & H) articles are not worth the paper they are printed on. As so many people have correctly observed, his sole purpose for giving information is to make money and not to help people. And the price is inflated as well. His online newsletter is even worse, and provides absolutely NO information, it just sends you to a link to have you buy something which probably is worthless as well. I have not been conned into buying anything. I got the N & H Newsletter because Dr Wright just stopped writing with no notice or no good-by, and I was just too lazy to cancel. Furthermore, The editor claimed Dr Rothfield was the best qualified doctor to take over from Dr Wright, I had never heard of him, whereas Dr Wright had a solid reputation since the early 1970s when I started following him in Prevention magazine. Although I did not agree with everything he wrote, I did get a lot of helpful information, and his nutritionist, Kerry Bone, was informative as well. However, now it is time for renewal, and I am not falling for his con job. Read him at your own risk, and do not expect any worthwhile advice.

Mark,
If you want real, time honored HOLISTIC help for your mother's Alzheimer's issue, I suggest you buy the book: Healing With Whole Foods: Oriental Traditions and Modern Nutrition by Paul Pitchford and go see a good practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In California, LAc (acupuncturists) are trained in acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, special medical exercises and more.

so, i actually hung on for the full infomercial intuiting that at the end i would be asked to subscribe to a newsletter. i then read all the comments about this experience. here's what i ascertain to be the truth. whether or not you are a 'victim' of 'big pharma' or one their detractors, anyone looking at this is 'looking' for a way out of suffering, and those people.... me......should be respected. most of us aren't looking for a free ticket to health from scientists and genuine pioneers for alternative therapies, but we shouldn't be taken advantage of either. at the end of this endless video, we should have at least gotten the alzhiemers recipe for our effort. then we try it.....if it has any positive results....baby, you got us! but instead, we felt taken in yet again by someone taking advantage of our suffering. i don't know you dr rothfeld, but this didn't help me to know you better, it was just more hype. if you are the real deal, communicate it more intelligently because intelligent people are out there, becoming more conscious, by the millions

You are so right and even worse, I subscribed to the newsletter and got the book which is pretty informative and seems very useful, so useful in fact someone stole it off my desk at work! But the newsletters I got via email were all more advertisements with no meat to them, i.e., no information!

October 09, 2016

I believe most people realize, "if it sounds too good to be true.. it probably is!" With that said, I listened to the long redundant information. Medically, I knew certain things mentioned were valid. Yet, I fully expected to hear the "catch" at the end.

Although, I assumed the "catch" was the free book (said countless times) would come with a request for someone to simply pay S&H. Which I also assumed and expected to be higher S&H than nessiarry. However I didn't expect the catch would be a yearly email news subscription!

Therefore, IMO this wrong, takes advantage of venerable people and screams scam! Furthermore, If the books information is truly as valuable as claimed, "perhaps allow people to view it 1st! Bc, if it honestly holds all the information claimed ; most likely people would subscribe to the newsletter."

Offering the free book and just asking for S&H to be covered 1st; would make sense if not a scam. Anyone agree?

I SAT THROUGH AND WATCHED THE ENTIRE VIDEO, WHICH TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. SO I DECIDED TO DO SOME RESEARCH. I FOUND THAT A LARGE NUMBER OF DR. ROTHFELDS BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON AMAZON. I ALSO FOUND THAT HE DOES HAVE A CLINIC WHERE HE SEES PATIENTS ECT..I BELIEVE FROM ANOTHER GOOGLE SITE.I REALLY WAS NOT INTERESTED IN A MONTHLY NEWS LETTER OR A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP, I JUST WANTED TO READ THE BOOK. I GOOGLED THE BOOK AND FOUND THIS SITE I AM CURRENTLY TYPING TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THE DR. AND OR HIS BOOK ETC. I AM GLAD I DID. WHEN ONE OF YOU WROTE THAT YOU HAD A PROBLEM CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND GETTING A REFUND I WAS IN MIDDLE OF PLACING MY ORDER AND LISTENING TO THE ADDITIONAL SALES PITCH FOR A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP OF THE NEWS LETTERS.I WAS THINKING I ALREADY ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND CLICKED SUBMIT, HOW AM I GOING TO CANCEL NOW. I HIT THE BACK ARROW ON TOP OF THE SCREEN AND DELETED THE DATES FROM MY CREDIT CREDIT CARD INFO, AND WAS DIRECTED TO ANOTHER SCREEN OFFERING ME THE SAME DEAL NOW FOR SIX MONTHS NEWS LETTER AND THE 2 BOOKS FOR JUST $19.00 INSTEAD OF THE 37.00 OR 74.00 ORIGINALLY REQUESTED. I JUST BACKED OUT OF THE SCREEN AND FIGURED I'LL JUST GET THE BOOK ON AMAZON. I KNOW I CAN GET A REFUND THERE IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. I THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR INPUT. GOD BLESS AND BE WELL. DAVID. W

SCAM ALERT

The pitch in the video sounds great, but as it dragged on, it occurred to me that with all the university study's that it mentions, how is it that doctors all over the world are not aware of the fantastic claims that are made? And if Rothfeld is so interested in getting the word out about his cures, why does he limit the number of people that can get the book to those who will pay for the rather expensive newsletter? He just wants the cash, just like the pharmaceutical companies.

RE: Dr Mark Stengler and his "Natural Healing Encyclopedia" and Dr Glenn Rothfeld and his "The Atlas of Natural Cures"=I really wanted to pay $74 and receive Glenn Rothfeld's "free", 500 page book of "SECRET" MIRACLE NATURAL CURES, but the existence of a practically identical video featuring Dr Mark Stengler STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS=Does ANYBODY OUT THERE know how we average people can ever know the truth regarding these natural health doctors, their monthly newsletters priced EXACTLY THE SAME, & their "free" book offers?

September 11, 2016

Ye, someone buy the book and put it on Pirate Bay or some other torrent site so that the scam that is being committed by these folks will hit them back in the butt.
Though I don't believe in pirating this is not for profit and a way of sharing information, that is what torrenting is all about, isn't it?

Don't tread on me!
October 09, 2016

Dr. Colonel, as far as I'm concerned, "I agree with you!" It's also not one person who shares the information. It's small snippets of information from thousands of people that collectively puts a "subject" together. Many will claim my opinion is semantics. However, I could care less about what others think. ????

Catherine

Loralie
October 09, 2016

Catherine,
1st thing to do provided you have not done so already is; contact the bank of the credit card you used and file a complaint. If you've already tried this already to no avail, try step 2.

2nd step is to make copies of everything you have. Write a letter to the company explaining what has happened asking for a quick resolution. Send your letter by certified mail requiring a signature upon receipt. Tell the company in your letter they have 10 business days to refund your money or you'll have no choice then to file a complaint with the attorney general.

If the company doesn't comply your left with step 3.
3rd., Send a letter "requesting help" to your local attorney general. In the address write "attention: of the fraud division." Inform the attorney generals office you are respectfully requesting an investigation into this situation, "as a scam against vonerable, sick and elderly people!" Make a point to briefly explain the steps you took before contacting them.

Make sure to inform the attorney general, you have discovered, "your just one of many people scammed by this company" in your letter. Make sure you provide a copy of any and all proof I.e. Receipt of purchase, the companies return policy you received, the return receipt of the book to the company and any thing else you may have!

Include your personal information, phone number and email address! Make sure you send the information certified with receipt signature required upon delivery!
In your letter, politely request for someone to contact you regarding your request. Ask to be regularly updated on the investigation. Most Important ? Make sure you get always get the name and title of anyone you speak with!

I hope this advice helps and truthfully Step 1 should solve the problem...

Good luck ????

My opinion the good doctor should lose his license for promoting this book in this manner..."today only" and the other constant BS is not anyone I would do business with or have a desire to treat me as I would feel that with him, it is nothing but about making money and not my health.

CRUEL

I cannot review it as I cannot receive it due to living in New Zealand, which I had to suit through the WHOLE VIDEO and click onto the receive book button and go to the bottom of the order form to find out that startling piece of information. I was very cross at my colossal waste of my precious time. My husband has alzheimers and I have cancer, so I find that to be inhumane to indicate a promise of a helpful cure only to waste all that time for me to find out its not for New Zealanders. What is that all about? Don't be so cruel and stop dangling a carrot to people who are unable to access it. At least indicate that at the beginning of the extremely long video and not at the end. WHY CAN WE NOT ACCESS IT????

steer clear of these ads

I agree with the above analysis of this alleged "free book."
The video should get right to the point of why you tuned instead of rambling on and on with examples of what you will find in the book, vague research behind what the great doctor discovered, or the page number you will find it on. Few people have the time to sit around and listen to sedating ads. Tell me the cost of your shipping fee up front or get lost. These video ads are all the same. They set you up to claim that you will find out their discovery if you just watch their 3 minute video below and before you know it 3 minutes has turned into a half hour, you're asleep with your head on the keyboard, and nothing relevant has been shared. They're all a joke.

For anyone reading, when you come across a video like this that you know is an ad for something like a book or a report, do this, and a transcript you can read will appear on the screen. First, give the page a little time to load. Shouldn't take more than a minute. Then move your mouse pointer to the address bar, click it, and type google or the name of another website, then hit enter. You should get a message on screen asking you if you want to leave the page. Click 'stay on page', or whatever option they give you that allows you to stay on the page with the annoying video. Then a print version of the ad should appear.

For any of these long-winded videos you CAN "Cut to the Chase" by waiting until the video just starts, then clicking on the X in the upper right corner of your screen. This brings up the Internet Explorer pop-up box. Choose "Close current tab"; then click on "Stay on this page"; the video stops and you can read through the script at your own speed -- skip as much as you want -- even slide the right hand gray box down to the end. This gives you the options to "view this product's ingredients" and/or "Order Now" to see what the bottom line is and decide for yourself if its of any worth or interest to you. This sure gets rid of the long-winded boring video!!!

I always hat marketing like that, newsletters, videos and finaly you got nothing, but the problem is to accept marketing in this sensitive domain like "Health", I think these people do their business about peoples' emotions, if you have a member of your family sufer from alzheimer every day and your life become very hard for everybody, you will not make a business like that and wait for the money come through newsletters or something like that.
what is said about big pharmaceutic firms in the video and what they do is mille times mercy of what these people are doing in the net, they simply play with people's emotions and sharing imagining hope.

I cant stop taking about how in 2017 we still dont have the right to be informed and download files from the net, it's all about money, right, for these you use marketing like that, I want to say, STOP, you just play with your reputation and you creat and develop enemies on the net, no one can trust you again.
if you want money, there are thousands of ways to follow without provoking people like that, if you want money, you need to switch your interest to make real business and stay away from "Health", I even can teach you to make thousand of dollars a day, and I know what I say, yes I can teach you to make money and giveaway my full package freely without a penny in one condition is to upload this book for free on the net which lead everybody profit from and take care of his family, this my deal, be a man and accept it.

Too much talking without getting to the point

This type of presentation is for people that have all day to sit in front of their computer. It has been used to keep your mind focused on what they're saying but at the same time make you want them to be done. At least let people scroll down! If after a few minutes you want to know more, you can scroll to whatever part of the article you would like.
Other forms of selling have the option to "read transcript." which works well to save time.
I have no idea if what Dr. Rothfeld does is authentic or not. With this scammy presentation, I find it hard to send him money.

Natural Cures are real, but Advertising is disgusting

Hi, I'd just like to say that natural cures are very real, and I have witnesses close friends who had cancer get cured simply by eliminating everything that is basically bought from any shop and going fully alternative. It is true that the chemicals in shampoos are filled with deadly ingredients that can cause any deadly disease just as real as how smoking processed cigarettes are even more deadly than natural tobacco. If it helps, there is a Dr Bursinsky who lives in America and he is a quiet and humble working specialist curing many deadly cancers including the most deadly brain cancers by using a combination of natural remedies with a harmless radiotherapy kind of scan treatment. But, he has been cheated, his patents robbed by the big medical watchdogs and now they have been trying to develop a twisted hopeless version of Dr Bursingsky's patents. They have tried to stop him from working and all the things you have heard about the big pharma companies is very real. So if it helps you can look up Dr Bursingky as he now relies on donations because he has been banned from receiving government funding because he cures cancers. How nice?

In regards to Dr Rothwell, I would not put too much emphasis on negating natural cures, but why they put this Doctor up to advertise in such a manner I do not know and all I can think of is that he has made an agreement with some advertising agency to make a fortune. Unfortunately he is blinded by his greed. I think that if you can buy this book on Amazon or ebay for a cheaper price then it will not harm you and you may learn some good material in it, so if you can, just get what goodness you can get out of it, and just keep searching as I assume you all do because you are so passionate about this topic. I also feel the same way as you do, but I know that there is a truth about natural cures and I know that shampoos with all the chemicals are actually dangerous, just like hair dyes, and drinking out of plastic containers, or eating out of tin can food, and it's all true. But exploiting people's fears and human nature is so wrong through such advertising, no wonder everyone is upset including myself and very disappointed.
I hope that one day we can find a level-headed Doctor who will tell you the cures for free so that this proves they genuinely care, and if he has anything to contribute from his own sheer work that he provides it should be for a normal realistic price.

One thing I know that works wonders from my own experience is the power of forgiveness and also your own ability to say sorry in your own private time for what you have done wrong to others and start making amends. If you can work on this area, you will find that forgiving others has nothing to do with you letting that person get away with what he did and it will free your physical body from the physical poison created in your body which unforgiveness causes because this alone is the most toxic of all poisons, and this is also proven scientifically. And of course to love yourself so that your mind can start to heal your body. I was paralyzed from a car accident when I was 14 and did exactly this by praying to the source of forgiveness (Christ) and half an hour later, I just walked out of bed as if I was never injured, so I know this works and my story is genuine. I hope you find what you are looking for and please let us know. Thankyou

My husband and myself are both sick, we have diabetes and he has leukemia and I have 4th.stage kidney failure...and l wanted to be able to read Dr. Rothfeld book but it costs to much...my husband is a veteran and we're on a very low income. The way I feel is if the doctor cares so much to help us reduce the cost of his book.
Thank you and we also believe in Jesus Christ....

Please look into sodium chlorite, AKA MMS, which becomes chlorine dioxide, which has been used by some people to cure many things. It is one of those things Big Pharma wants nobody to know about. They will tell you it is bleach and will hurt you, but it isn't. I am using it. It can make you nauseated, but there are ways to avoid that as they come up with new ways of producing the chlorine dioxide, which is a gas that soluble in water, which releases oxygen into your body. The oxygen molecules oxidize and kill all kinds of pathogens and unhealthy things in your body, even such as cancer cells, based on their pH, which is not in line with what our body's natural pH should be. Search for Dr. Andreas Kalcker on Youtube.

And search for Jim Humble, who stumbled upon this water purifier when he was a mining engineer in the jungle, far from medical help, and some of his crew developed malaria, with temperatures over 104 degrees. All he had was the sodium chlorite, which has been used to purify water for ages. And he tried giving some of it to his very sick colleagues, and within hours they were cured of malaria. The Red Cross did a study, and when they found that it worked, they lied about the results. But some people were making videos about the study, and so the real results are there for people who go looking.
