I placed an order on 8/15/2020 and by 11/24 I had not yet received my order so I submitted an email to cancel my order and refund my money. It is now February 10, 2021, and I have never heard back from anyone. On 2/10/2021 they wrote to me saying they could not find the order number placed on 11/20/2020 but they took my $20,85 which is shown as withdrawn from my bank.
They are thefts stealing money from customers! Be aware - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I don't even remember what it was called. I have contacted you before concerning this charge on my credit card. I was unaware that this was a ongoing charge on my credit card every month. I was and am unhappy that I am being charged still for a program that I cancelled and was told I would not be charged anymore. I am still being charged every month for something that I don't even know what it is and haven't used. I have contacted my credit card company. I do not intend to use your programs ever againl. I would appreciate a quick response to cancelling this off my credit card. I was told to contact The Better Business Bureau but I'm waitng on your response. wbrowning1010@yahoo.com

I've been using PaleoPlan for months now and I've noticed a huge difference in my day-to-day mood. I haven't lost as much weight as I thought, but I am down several pounds. They have great recipes and customer service and I recommend you try it for yourself! They offer free trials which is what got me hooked.
Terrible service!! Tried calling many times unsuccessfully. NO ONE TO ANSWER CALLS!!
I have been charged for this paleo program for about the last four months and I have called to say that I was not aware it was a ongoing monthly fee. I did not and could not afford this program of $9.87 a month because I am on a low income budget. Live alone. I would appreciate you taking this off my credit card because I don't intend to use this ever again.
